SKILL SUMMARY

I've been in Real Estate Sales wherein i practiced social media marketing as means of bringing in sales leads through paid ads here in the Philippines. I am fully equipped to use the techniques I have used and to improve them or/and change them based on my client's products.
I can use social media not just in sales but also in running campaigns and traffic generations to websites.
I am pretty well used to writing sales copies and articles that may be used as funnels.
I work smart more than I work hard, and I apply the 80-20 principle, also known as Pareto Principle in all my work, allowing me to cover the 20% of the tasks that would bring the 80% of the results in my endeavors.
I can also do basic to intermediate graphics designs that may be used in the ads I'll be running.
After my venture into Real Estate, I have gotten into another industry, Insurance, Medical Insurance/HMO Sales. My time in a well-known insurance company here thought me about after sales care and customer service on top of the techniques I have gotten in sales pitching, cold-calling, and other means of lead generation. I would still say that the most important lesson and skill I have acquired in the insurance industry was that we should always be ready to assist our clients whenever and wherever. We were always their primary contacts when it comes to claims and other intricacies within their acquired plan, and I have learned how to communicate with a client to a point wherein I can weave through their objections and even wrong perception or comprehension of the plan they have gotten. Although we try to explain everything regarding the plan in the get-go, we just expect the client to have clarifications once they are already in a situation wherein they will be using the service. And this had taught me of how to better handle clients and how to connect in a level of trust that the client would not doubt my knowledge of the product and would not doubt that I would assist them specially through tough times.

While working as a sales agent in Real Estate and as an Account Executive in an Insurance Company, I have picked up these skills while helping my manager with the reports and following up on meetings (with clients or with teammates) I also help add members in our sales team. I track all of my calls and note on how the call went, I also need to have an updated calendar to keep the schedules in check every time an appointment is to be set. Product knowledge is the name of the game as we have to be confident enough to deal with the objections in a professional way and I have always kept on reading about the products we are selling and have I always keep in check what I say to a client, if I am not sure, I will be honest and just get back with them on that particular question just to make sure that I don't give out false information regarding the product.
