Being a loan and finance officer at Nueva Montana Homebuilders Inc . a real estate company my major responsibility is to process documents regarding housing loan, monitor buyer provided documents that required for housing loan, making documents,
monitoring miscellaneous, computing taxes payment, sending letters to homeowners regarding their arrears for housing loan, process conversion of house and lot title and also doing administrative task, I am computer literate . I want to have a home based job or part time job to spend my free time . I can assure you that I will do my best to provide you quality work. I am a person with full determination to fulfill the task and responsibilities assigned to me.
