Other previous work experience includes part-time Transaction Coordinator for a Real Estate Agent in The Woodlands, TX; full-time Executive Assistant and Listing Manager for a Transaction Coordinating Company in FL; part-time Executive Assistant for a top-performing RE/MAX Real Estate Agent in Illinois; full time Transaction Coordinator and Virtual Executive Assistant for a Keller Williams Real Estate Team in Minnesota. Was primarily tasked to do contract-to-close Transaction Coordination, Listing Management Coordination, Email Management and Correspondences, Email and Facebook Marketing, and Schedule Management. Knows how to work with Wordpress, Blogspot and Wix, and could easily navigate through website specified for blogs if client needed be. I also do event management and planning during my free time, and is fond of preparing travel itineraries for my family for our out-of-the-country trips.
