Profile Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate award-winning creative concepts for print, radio, TV, OOH, POP and digital requirements.
• Oversee multiple projects from briefing to conceptualization to execution.
•Accountable for understanding clients’ brief and creating the design
• Responsible for understanding the target audience and market specifics
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to assure implementation of the vision and direction for products
• Graphic design and brand development
• Research industry design trends and generate original design concepts for multiple, simultaneous projects
• Concept, visualization, and hands-on design experiences
• Utilize expertise to plan and implement effective creative processes and products
• Tracking and approving completed art files with the production team.
• Working with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design
revisions on the fly as necessary to adapt changing situations to meet
established schedules
• Identifying potential problems in the creative pipeline and working with the Creative Team to prevent them.
• Supervise and mentor designers to ensure consistent high-quality output.
• Staying abreast of the current market and industry aid in the development of cutting-edge marketing, design concepts, with the secondary goal of educating the team
