Profile Description

I am a highly capable with over 2 years of Email Support/Customer Support experience in Amazon and Shopify. 

I am familiar with Seller Central in Amazon and create a listing into Shopify using Oberlo. Import 4star review from AliExpress to Shopify product listing. 

I am familiar with Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Gorgias tools to answer email tickets from the customer.

For more information below are my duties and responsibilities.

•Process return and refund
•Answer customer complaint/message from the buyer via Amazon buyer messages.
•Process a replacement
•Make it sure the Amazon account are 100% rating
•Answer product review and create a case for product review removal request.
•Create case for customer negative feedback removal request
•Check and managed inventory such as active, inactive, under hazmat review, and suppressed ASIN.
•Create a case for reimbursement for the product damaged and misplaced ASIN in the Amazon fulfillment center.
•Check the shipment from the seller facility to the Amazon fulfillment center.
•Create a case and reply to A to z claimed.
•Check the status of the customer order
