I recently had a chance to work as a Virtual Medical Administrative Assistant (VAMA) for a number of US Healthcare Facilities under various roles such as Document Management, General Remote Phone Operator, and Records Reviewer, and later on, promoted to Team Lead for a Healthcare Account. I was ultimately promoted to Project Lead and oversee the onboarding of new clients, assisting in staffing, training, and setting up the account for live operations.
Before working locally here in the Philippines, I had the chance to work with a medical center in Al Ain as a Coordinator for their clinics and home care department and held various leadership roles, which includes Quality, Human Resources, Insurance Coordinator, Homecare Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, and Reports directly to the COO and Admin Manager. I also have extensive experience with TASNEEF and HAAD Audit and Audit preparations and JCI accreditation.
After several years working abroad, I would like to stay and work in the Philippines for good.
My previous employment also includes working as a Senior Customer Service Representative for eBay, PayPal, and Expedia for almost 3 years collectively, and was promoted to Team Leader after a year in service.
