I am working as a business development and marketing staff for a global law firm. 

On the side, I have been working as a freelance and part-time virtual assistant for several years. I have experience in administrative tasks and transcription. 

My most recent virtual experience involved being an admin staff for a cleaning company and a property management company.

I have worked as a transcription editor for a financial research company for almost eight years. I am well-experienced when it comes to transcribing, editing, and researching.

I have also worked part-time for five years as an account manager/client relations officer for a local photo/video business that allowed me to handle clients through personal meetings and social media inquiries and follow-ups.

During my first few years of working, I served as a customer service representative for a couple of BPOs (Australian and US accounts), with tasks such as account handling and order management.
