I have experience working in customer service and sales, having been trained as a sales lead support before becoming a Sales Supervisor / Manager General Coordinator in a four station of  Small Town Lottery Quezon City District 6 area online gaming Upgrade to see actual info my previous job from May 2017 to May 2018, I worked with small business merchants in the US, where I learned about up-to-date sales and service systems. I was taught how to use the Craigslist directory website to find potential clients and sent out advertising proposals daily, forwarding the replies to the marketing team. I also received training on using XLead 360, a Sales Lead Software Application, which provides easy access to a client business directory to reach various clients via email, website, contact numbers, and online business addresses. I started working as a service crew at a fast-food chain when I was 17 and later became a sales entrepreneur. I then worked as a customer service representative for a financial account, where I dealt with US customers and was in charge of their card concerns and inquiries. After that, I worked as a phone banker at another financial BPO handling debit card concerns. I resigned in 2017 to focus on my family but returned to the same industry BPO during the pandemic as a CSR for the travel account for Chase CX Loyalty. I handled travel bookings such as airfare, hotels, car rentals, and activities, and was in charge of escalation support.
Aside from my work experience, I am also skilled in Shopify administration and SEO optimization. I am currently seeking a challenging position where I can use my expertise in SEO and e-commerce to increase organic traffic, enhance search engine rankings, and contribute to the growth of an online business.
