I have been an experienced Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant for over 8 years in total now with a proven track record and certifications. In my role as a Customer Service Representative. I proved to be efficient, keen on details, and researchful.Making 50 to 60 cold calls a day to businesses and private individuals in order to provide good and quality services.I was tasked with scheduling appointments for psychologist patients. Can handle different types of emails such as; Inquiries, Requests, and even minor complaints.
- I've been an English tutor for 2 years from now working home-based.
I'd teach several foreign students from kids to professionals. I have several types of material that I am using for teaching. From General English, Business English,
Service Industry Books, Junior High Course, Eiken 2nd stage and even preparing for tests like TOIEC. I perfectly sure that my students will learn and at the same time with fun. I make sure that they surpass all the pronunciation, and sentence construction lessons before we advance to the next curriculum assigned to them.
- I had been a Help Desk officer for 3 years on a
Business Process Outsourcing company. I handle all the problem tickets inside the office. From Basic Troubleshooting, Networking, and Maintaining Hardware and Software. I can be a great asset and help as I share my
knowledge on my experience. As well as I am very willing to excel more in this line of work.
- I also have experience in Administrative Positions in which my main responsibilities is securing
monthly reports from Sales , Compensation and Benefits of Personnel, Inventories and Compliance.
- Warehousing is also one of most long span work. I work as a Warehouse General Clerk at a retail company. I am responsible for the Inventories, Logistics, Receiving new PO's and Pull-outs from Stores, Allocation, and Making Bar codes for the Items.
