Before I started my virtual assistance journey, I also worked in customer service in the BPO industry for 8 years. I worked as a CSR at Teleperformance, and the account I handled was Tesltra, where I received calls and handled customer concerns about their telco and their billing. I also worked as chat support for an airline account, which was Jetstar, where I was the one who booked the customer's flights and did add-ons and follow-ups on their flights. All I can say is that I have already enhanced my communication, time management, and multitasking skills. and I also have experience as an administrative assistant since I've been an office staffer for a year. And now, my recent experience was as an Amazon product analyst, eBay lister, and product researcher for one year up until now. My skills include looking for suppliers who can get good price lists, and when I see a potential supplier, I'll send a proposal. When it comes to product analysis, what I'm doing here is filtering the products that fit the criteria and analyzing each item.
