I was working as a cashier before for 2 years and a half , and opted to work in BPO industry afterwards.I've been with a healthcare account for 7 months as
Customer Service Associate , the task that I had before was only setting an appointment with providers :doctor or nurse to retrieve medical records . And transferred to another account HBC account-seasonal account for only 2 months with the same company from Tech Mahindra. After working with sales account I opted to work in a Sprint account. The tasks that I had dealt with was taking inbound calls for every customer's concerns, either billing ,troubleshooting of device or sales. However after almost a year of working in Sprint account I challenged myself to take another step in my life. I challenged myself to be more independent, competent and responsible enough to be a better person that my past. I opted be an Online English Teacher and I found out that this job fulfilled my inner-self. I just have found out that being a teacher makes me a better learner and a better teacher at the same time. It is like killing two birds with one stone. My passion for teaching makes me and my students happy every day. I've been teaching English online for almost 6 years now.
