Profile Description

I have 5 years of rich experience in a BPO Industry. I was with Chat Sales Support for almost 2 years and was part of the pioneering team in Voice Account for Technical/ Billing/ Customer Service and Sales for Phone, Internet, and Cable Account. Because we pioneered all three services, I was one of the chosen top agents to become SMEs and assisted newly transitioned agents.

After less than a year, I became part of the escalation team which we cater Supervisory calls, and issues can no longer be resolved by first-line agents. As part of this team, I got trained with several tasks like handling all Callback requests which have a dissatisfaction rating as well as handling the team's Quality metric.

I was also a Floor Support Team and was able to handle newly hired agents from training to production. I am skilled in evaluating calls for quality and Voice of the Customer (Survey ratings)

I have a year of experience as well in online administrative tasks in a recruiting firm in which my job is to update job ads and reporting of spidering results - resume extraction.

I have more than a year of experience in email, chat, phone support through zendesk in a crypto exchange firm and worked as a phone, email, chat, and sms support and sales agent in a US moving company. 

I also worked as a Seasonal Sales Rep in a moving company in the US for about 3 months as a freelancer.  

I already have 5 years home-based working experience.
