I have over Eight years of experience related to US healthcare (both Behavioral and Medical). I have a strong background in Medical Billing in both Professional and facility billing—clearinghouse submission and rejections, as well as payment posting. I am familiar with ICD-10, Modifiers, and CPT/Procedure Codes. I also know how to check claims status and its resolution by checking portals and by calling the insurance.

Work Background
I started as a US Healthcare representative for Anthem BC of California, Anthem BC of Nevada, and Anthem BC of Colorado. Afterwards, I started working from home as an AR representative for Medical and Behavioral health services, checking claims denial and its resolution, and checking eligibility and benefit information through the portal. I am capable of any task from Eligibility and benefit verification to posting payments.
