Profile Description

As an Customer Support Representative, I have the capacity to acknowledge all the concern, feedback or issue and have it resolved. I can also empathize and can be personal in writing emails. This will help me establish rapport with the customer. 

I'm a fast pace worker and I can comply way before the deadline which is important so that I can make changes regarding one's feedback making the project even better. Also, I'm a detail-oriented person and confident to ask questions and acknowledge one's feedback and/or suggestions. 

I also practice therapeutic counseling and it helps me a lot on how to understand individual and how to help them cope up with childhood trauma, post traumatic stress disorder and drug Upgrade to see actual info is my passion to help others.

I am patient in dealing with intricate details, smoothing edges and could work under pressure. I can understand and follow directions as well so that I will be able to provide the finished product as instructed.
