Profile Description

I've been in this industry for 4 years now, as a CSR I use my problem-solving and people skills while working directly with our customers to address their questions through multiple channels – phone, email & live chat. Make sure that everything will be reported to my Team Lead especially in escalation cases. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills and am savvy in working with a variety of systems and technology. I, as a CSR, am an exceptionally patient, empathetic, and passionate teaUpgrade to see actual infomber whose #1 objective is to offer the best experience possible for any customer. I am available to work full-time, and shifts and schedules for the role are variable.
