My experience as an Amazon Seller Account Manager/Team Leader for more than 5 years has equipped me with the knowledge I have now. I also worked as a Health Care Customer Service Representative for 7 years in BPO company. 

The online industry has helped me to become effective and efficient in my performance without supervision. I have excellent time management and problem-resolution skills. My previous job helps me to expand my administrative skills. Having been able to face our clients had greatly improved my interpersonal relations skills.

I am analytical, detail-oriented, and work diligently with minimum or no supervision at all. I take proactive solutions to the tasks I am assigned to and I make sure that I am focus when working. I have excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
