Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for 12 years and as a Virtual Team Lead/Trainer for more than 2 years. I have been a Dell technical support level 1 and moved to a level 2 support status. Shortly after a year the account left and I was moved to PayPal as a customer service rep. After 6 months of taking calls, I was promoted to be a Mentor for the new hires fresh from training for floor production. I was promoted to a trainer position which I held from 2006 to 2014. I was tasked to create, evaluate and update existing training modules for effectiveness. I was tasked to run training evaluations for new hires to check for consistency in targeted stats. I was also tasked to provide floor support thru mentoring and call evaluation for red zoned Upgrade to see actual info between the years 2006 and 20014, I was cross trained for Bell Canada 310, T-Mobile, Pitney Bowes US and UK, Bioware and Macy`s. I handled soft skills and product training. Apart from being a Trainer and QA, I was also a transition coach for some of the account aforementioned in preparing the new hires for soft production. I was tasked to provide coaching, mentoring, call listening and preparing endorsement for regularization. This includes endorsing agents for non regularization as well. I was a team lead for Marsh, the insurance arm of Yes Optus in Australia. I was tasked in handling escalations from complaints to refunds and customer follow thru on both concerns. I am knowledgeable in MS applications. My last employment was with a local bank, BDO, of which I am a junior assistant manager that handled customer escalations and queries on their Upgrade to see actual info summary, I have good exposure in US, UK, CAN, AUS and local account. I wish for a long term employment that will further enhance my skills and participate in the long term stability/profitability of the company.
