After 6 months of taking calls, I was promoted to be a Mentor for the new hires fresh from training for floor production. I was promoted to a trainer position which I held from 2006 to 2014. I was tasked to create, evaluate and update existing training modules for effectiveness. I was tasked to run training evaluations for new hires to check for consistency in targeted stats.
