Although, my experiences were built in my contact center career, I was able to gain numerous skills to which I can use and apply to your needs. I have worked my way from entry-level position all the way up to team manager. I am eager to learn more and combine my previous experience with my passion in order to work hard and make a meaningful contribution to your team. I am new as a freelancer. I have learned the basics from ground up and I am willing to learn additional skills if needed. I can work alone or with a team.
