Within that 13 year period, I was assigned to Japan for 1 year.

While in Japan, I have the critical task of coordinating confidential technological development between the Philippine and Japan teams.

And also, I have the part of professionally handling project (management and development) breakdowns amidst extreme pressure.

At the same time, I have the great opportunity of being able to learn how to work effectively in a team even if the team members are located in different parts of the world.

And working effectively in a team means that at a times, I may need to help or coach a fellow team member in order to improve the overall team’s performance. I’m very thankful and blessed to be able to help others help themselves.
