Hi!!!

I am currently aiming for an Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant post. I wish to provide business and administrative support to you and your team while working remotely. These consist of but not limited to email / calendar management, record keeping and database management, employee support, payroll, scheduling (meetings, etc.), social media support, customer service and other clerical functions that can keep your business operating smoothly and efficiently. I also have a background on content writing and proof reading. 

My first job was at the largest hypermarket in the Philippines as a Financial Auditor. It taught me to be highly organized and to be keen on details and monitoring of deadlines. My second job was at a bank as a Junior Assistant Manager for Sales in 3 branches for 3 years. Working for the bank helped me to become self-directed, work effectively even without supervision and manage my time well. It boost my presentation skills and enhanced my social skills to deal with the different personalities that clients have. My third job was at automotive industry as Corporate Planning Supervisor for a year. It challenged me to be able to organize and manage large amount of files and to be an effective multitasker who works with fast-paced directions and instructions. I was able to develop people management and learned strategic planning in the process. My most recent job was with Cipher Fusion Philippines, a freelance IT firm with me being the Managing Partner and Marketing Head. I did search for clients, brainstorm on the visual aesthetic of website designs. Being employed on an IT firm equipped me with some knowledge on SEO and digital marketing. I also made content writing of some clients’ websites. (Health and Harmony Acupuncture and Aesthetic Dermatology, K&R International Customs Brokerage, Top 8 Cargo Movers Corp) I also did operations manual and other policy documents, request letter, memorandums, and proposal letters on my span of employment. 

I am a newbie in my desired post, in probably working on a virtual workplace with a remote team but I hope my experience can compensate this. I may not have prior experience being a VIRTUAL assistant but I have excellent experience on being an ASSISTANT. I just hope you give me a chance and make it VIRTUAL now. :) Plus a little jolly like me can maybe atleast brighten your computer screens. I mean our virtual workplace. ;) So let’s talk!!!
