I have extensive years of work experience in customer service (phone, chat, and email). I've been in the BPO industry since 2006, started as a customer service associate in a BPO company that caters to an airline client. My career progression went on until I dUpgrade to see actual info to become a full-time work-from-home contractor back in 2017.
