Profile Description

As an Accounting analyst , I am responsible in overseeing the financial of the client.manage their sales booking , invoice processing, monitoring their working hours to be able to minimize overtime. I am also knowledgeable in doing some admin task like handling phone calls every time client has some queries about their financials.
Responding to their email. Apart from this skills I know how to do some photo shops pretty well. I very much skilled using the Microsoft office application such as MS word, excel, Power point . I can used skype, MS teams, Viber, Zoom and whatsapp to communicate with the clients. I am also a fan of using Social media's like Facebook, Instagram, you tube and some online shopping site. I also have an intensive training in Claire Voyance as a Virtual Assistant for 2 weeks. And Freight training course in Freight 101.
