I have been an ISA for almost three years now doing outbound calls to Expired listings, FSBO, circle prospecting and buyers. I have also been handling outbound calls for a credit repair company in the US.I have been with the call center industry for almost 10 years. I started with the outbound companies for two years wherein I have experienced hard selling and handled really irate customers. I became one of the consistent top sellers for that job which has helped me in my promotion. I became a coach and was able to handle teams and shared my best practices as well as motivate them. I also spent almost 7 years with an inbound Upgrade to see actual info was one of the biggest companies in the US which is Sallie Mae. I was with the sales department and we are the ones processing student loan applications. I have handled different types of customers for how many years which has helped me deal better and understand them. I have shown great sales skills and leadership which has helped me again step up to a higher position. I became an Assistant Team Leader and I used to handle teams, share best practices, coach them as well as monitor and drive them to reach their targets. I also have basic knowledge of excel, word and power point. I am a hardworking person, a fast learner, can work under pressure and easy to get along with.
