I have five years of experience doing administrative work at the University of the Philippines and in that time I have developed skills that are very helpful to me and to the offices that I work ---------- that five years, my duties are to manage the budget, manage the procurement, coordinate with partnered offices, draft letter requests, prepare payments, prepare contracts and appointments, organize meetings, create publication materials in Canva and other photo editing apps, draft PowerPoint presentations, encode data using excel and google sheets, prepare training materials and documents, assist in research, coordinate with suppliers via email, calls or store visitation, file and records documents, record and take minutes of the meetings, transcribe audio recordings, checked student clearance, attend trainings, manage emails, answering calls, book travels and hotel accommodations, and assisting the students and university staffs with complaints. I am driven, focused, attentive to details, and have a high level of organizational skills. I also take challenges as a learning.
