Job Description
Manages customer’s demands through planning, control and implementation of storage and movement of services and goods from point of origin to point of destination. As of date, I am also an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on this campaign that handles the team’s attendance. 

Tracking order status using client provided tool.

Manage refunds using client provided tool and shopify.

Responds to customer queries via Email and Chat.

-To determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building and take ownership of each customer while empathizing and prioritizing customer needs then resolve conflicts and manage customer expectations.

-Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer/client outcome.

-Familiarity with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
