I am a skilled Phone, Email, and Chat Support Representative. I am very much comfortable using these dialers and email ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Kustomer, Zoho, ReAmaze, Tidio, Ring Central, DialPad, Skype, Google Meet, and Zoom.

Wide Experience in using Slack, Shopify, HubSpot, Klaviyo, GSuites, and Etsy.
