Profile Description

I was one of the customer service representative in one of the biggest telecommunication company in the US to where I was enhanced and experienced different types of customers and how to deal with them. After having 12 months of experience to a telecommunication account, I dUpgrade to see actual info to jump off to a difficult one to excel and learn more about customer service. I am currently working as fraud analyst in one of the biggest banks in the US right now, handling more of professional customers.
