Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I am located in the Philippines.

I am a Shopify and eBay Virtual Assistant. I have worked with a few clients for the same job. I have knowledge on listing items manually or using tools like Hydra Lister, DSM tool and Yabelle.
I also do Items/Products Research using Zik Analytics and optimize titles using Title Builder by thinking of keywords that would describe the product/s.
I also do Customer Service in general like answering messages, handling returns, processing orders, fulfillment and item not received cases.
With Shopify, I can basically manage it and customize it with apps to generate more sales, like Oberlo, Order Printer, Free Shipping, Contact Form, Shopcodes, Bulk Image Edit, Sales Notification and Boost.

I am a full-time freelancer located in the Philippines, specializing in Shopify and eBay Management. I also have extensive data encoding experience when I was a Research Analyst for a local TelCo

Next would be, Social Media Management since I am now handling some local online shops. I do the Sales and Marketing part as well, which I am also into Customer Support, handling the concerns of the customers, in logistics, product returns and exchanges.

On Project Management, I have managed 3 personnel, working on the tasks that my boss gave me. While communicating directly with clients and suppliers.
