Profile Description

I belong to the top 5% of Sales Development Representatives in my recent job position. My primary objective as an SDR-Virtual Assistant is to help business owners increase sales revenue, customer satisfaction and drive consistent sales performance through an honest and long-term client relationship.

Core Competencies:
I have Operational and Management experience in the call center
industry for more than 12 years. Understand business model, business acumen and use analytical tools beneficial for project development and improvement. Identify process gaps and give proposals that impact performance.

Task and Responsibilities:
Data mining and Contact gathering: search contact information through websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other search engines.

Lead Nurturing: reach out to stakeholders (via calls, emails, chat), identifying challenges, create action items and roadmaps to address issues identified.

Deep Prospecting: use all gathered information as leverage in offering solutions to decision makers and how we can better their experience.

Qualifying Matrix: getting all needed information (Needs, Cost, Competitors, Authority and Signatory) in order to close won the deals.

Setting Appointments and/or Live Transfer: endorse qualified leads to Account Executive/Closer to complete sale cycle – close won!
