I started my career as a Healthcare Associate at one of the largest medical insurance companies in the United States, serving healthcare professionals. Particularly, in reviewing appeals and claims status for almost 6 years.

I am well versed in handling people, providing up to date reports, Email Management and Chat Support Assistance. Providing the best customer experience, delivering accurate data and over the top client relationship has always been my number 1 goal.

I am currently handling a team. I'm a manager handling financial account which includes answering emails and doing admin tasks.
