I'm an SMM now working on Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, OF and Snapchat.
I have been a Social Media Content Moderator for four years. We are tasked to protect businesses (institutions, managers, staff, athletes, journalists) from hateful comments directed at them or the people in the video/photo/article.
Hateful content between people in the comment section under a post uploaded by the company we protect also needs to be deleted.
I was a Data Entry Specialist for 5 years, which processes Financial Services + Healthcare Medical billing for US-based clients.
I also do Admin Support tasks. Have a basic knowledge of design and research and am willing to learn from here.
