I've been working in the BPO industry for 7 years and I handle different accounts already, First I handle Credit One Bank's financial Account for 1 year (Inbound Calls) and I also worked with DirecTV for almost 2 years as a billing analyst and Sales Representative, I also handle TELUS a Canadian Internet Provider for 1 year as a Billing Analyst and Sales Representative (Inbound Calls) and 3 months with ARB as a Loan Originator for this account I do Inbound and Outbound Calls and processed loans with customers. My first Work from Home Job is with Versatel Marketing as an Insurance Agent Project Based lasted for a few months, I also work with United Airlines as a Travel Consultant and Customer Service Support And lastly, I Worked with Getaround as a Sales Support for a Car Sharing Platform I do Inbound and Outbound Calls help them to onboard and qualify their car and schedule them for an Installation Appointment with their service. I'm familiar using Slack, Calendly, Salesforce, Close dialer and Vici dialer.
