I've been working in the BPO industry for 7 years and I handle different accounts already, First I handle Credit One Bank's financial Account for 1 year (Inbound Calls) and I also worked with DirecTV for almost 2 years as a billing analyst and Sales Representative, I also handle TELUS a Canadian Internet Provider for 1 year as a Billing Analyst and Sales Representative (Inbound Calls) and 3 months with ARB as a Loan Originator for this account I do Inbound and Outbound Calls and processed loans with customers. My first Work from Home Job is with Versatel Marketing as an Insurance Agent Project Based lasted for a few months, I also work with United Airlines as a Travel Consultant and Customer Service Support And lastly, I Worked with Getaround as a Sales Support for a Car Sharing Platform I do Inbound and Outbound Calls help them to onboard and qualify their car and schedule them for an Installation Appointment with their service.
