Profile Description

Customer service account specialist representative. i handle mostly about escalated billing concerns. i also do troubleshooting for our customers basic technical or reception issues. I also cater sales in our department with a maintaining sales production rate of no lesser than 70% for the whole entire month, aside from that I handle part of the retention team in our department with a maintaining saving rate of 90% in a month. All of which is I was able to pass.
I also had an experience in outbound calling for a year. i am an experienced outbound caller, i basically do surveys for our clients with required brackets for different types of respondents that our client would ask, so doing outbound calls or setting an appointment wouldn't hard for me.
