Experienced Quantity Surveyor and Licensed Civil Engineer with extensive experience in post-contract administration, cost management, and tender estimation across the Philippines, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. Proven track record in delivering accurate cost planning, contract administration, and commercial management for residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects.

Highly skilled in post-contract functions including preparation of progress claims, valuation and negotiation of variation orders, cost monitoring and control, subcontractor management, and final account settlement. Possesses strong experience in tendering and pre-contract activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and pricing for turnkey interior fit-out projects covering hotels, residential developments, and commercial buildings.

As a Licensed Master Plumber and Civil Engineer, I also possess comprehensive estimating experience in site development, civil, structural, architectural, and plumbing works.
