If you need someone you can trust with your business, you've come to the right profile! From my 5+ years working with offshore companies, I have developed the skills required to successfully deliver quality service to my clients both in the field of Customer Support and graphic design. My goal is to leave a lasting impression to companies/clients that Filipinos are comfortable and very professional to work with.  
Most of my CS training and experience came from working for some of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines.  I've handled both customer service and technical/help desk support using both live and non-live channels in a span of 4 years.

Graduate with a degree in communication, and have worked with clients of different ages and races, I am confident in my comprehension and communication skills.
In the field of Multimedia and design, the earliest training I had is working as a senior layout artist for our Official University Publication in college. My attention to detail is mostly honed because of this. While my video and audio recording, and editing skills are developed mostly out of my personal hobbies and interest.

I currently have freelance work on the sidelines, helping clients manage and design websites and promotional media. 
Having been one of the top employees for most companies I've worked with,  I believe I'm still in for a lot of learning. And while I Upgrade to see actual info have commendations, I still commit errors every now and then. But I strive to work hard to continue finding ways to be the kind of worker someone will always be confident and proud to work with!
