I have 4 years of bilingual customer service experience ( both English and Spanish). I have studied in Spain for a year as an Academic Exchange Scholar,thus, my wide array of knowledge of the Spanish Language. I have a vast exposure for telecommunications and financial accounts. Primarily, over the phone and online. I have 3 years of supervisory experience leading 3 teams with 15 headcounts in total.
I am a chat and phone support expert. I am capable of taking escalation calls and emails.
My specializations mainly include the following: EXCELLENT Bilingual Customer Service, FAST AND EFFICIENT
English-Spanish translation and vice versa, EFFECTIVE Spanish Tutoring Services, Editing and Proofreading blogs and INSTAGRAM Influencer Marketing.
I have been awarded as the Top Team Lead for 2 straight years in our company and was also awarded with Most Outstanding Employee last year.
