I’ve been a Virtual Assistant with a solid foundation as a Quality Analyst for more than 10 years in the BPO industry. I embrace a "growth mindset, " which is the key to my commitment to continuous improvement.

I have diverse work experience spanning various roles. As a Supplier Acquisition and Product Upload Specialist, I managed the clients' eCom emails, calendars, and meetings. I conducted research, acquired approved suppliers, and optimized product listings on Shopify.
