Profile Description

As a licensed and registered Civil Engineer with experience in construction management, I have a strong background in overseeing construction projects from conception to completion. During my time as a project engineer, I was responsible for managing project timelines and budgets; and coordinating with contractors, clients, suppliers, building permit and city officials, and other stakeholders. I am skilled in conducting site inspections, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to ensure successful project completion. After working in construction, I transitioned to a remote role as a data specialist at a home insurance agency. In this position, I carefully enter data about various properties into our CRM system to ensure accurate coverage identification and property valuation, which is used to determine premiums. With the high volume of data, I also apply project management principles to organize and present reports effectively. Overall, my diverse background in civil engineering and data analytics has equipped me with a unique skill set that allows me to approach problem-solving with a practical and analytical mindset. I am a team player, self-motivated, and driven to learn continuously. My career plan is to grow as a virtual project manager, identifying and implementing procedures for my organization. I aim to utilize my skills in project management to ensure efficient and effective operations for the company.
