Profile Description

I am taking up a degree in AB English Language. I have experience when it comes to literary writing as I am a literary writer for FEU Advocate from 2015-May Upgrade to see actual info 2019, I became the Editor-in-Chief of the said publication in my university. My tasks include editing/proofreading articles, organizing events, facilitating workshops for writers, acting as the chairman of meetings, and leading the activities in the Upgrade to see actual infospite being a literary writer of my university's student publication, my skills are not limited to just creative writing. I have also written for Far Eastern University's official website for feature articles.

My skills also include writing emails for customers. I was a customer support representative for a year which gave me background on email and phone support. I have also facilitated the training of newly hired employees in the customer service company. This job also includes performing admin tasks (completing end-of-day reports and updating trackers necessary for trainees) and learning more about the training process to prepare me in being a potential trainer. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant in a media company as well as a real estate company. I'm very adaptable, and I enjoy learning which makes me a good fit for a wide range of management and customer service fields.
