I've been in the Call Center Industry for the past 12 years and I am confident to say that my Customer Service Skills is in a very good level. Getting caller commendations, excellent reports and being recognized as top performer drives me to work at my very best on a consistent basis. With my consistent performance and excellent work ethics I was promoted as a supervisor and later on a team lead. My experience supervising and handling agents is one of the most challenging yet fulfilling job. Learning and enhancing my MS Office skills is crucial to the team's development providing visuals and reports which is important and helpful during meetings and one on one coaching. I am very hard working, positive and can work at a minimal supervision. I am fast learner and can easily adopt to any working system and environment. I can work on a fast paced work place and can handle multiple task. I always challenge myself by setting daily targets and I don't procrastinate and accept any delays even on tight schedules and technical issues. I can work on flexible time frame and can definitely manage my daily workload and schedules.
