Profile Description

I worked for a start-up tech company for fleet operations with a Product Development Associate/Business Analyst job title, but I actually wore many hats. I do project management, requirements gathering, wireframe creation, user acceptance testing (manual), functional and business requirement specification documentation, facilitate user training, as well as product presentation to potential clients.  Prior to that, I was a business analyst in one of the largest telecommunication company in the Philippines handling the system used for postpaid plans.  I'm proficient in Microsoft applications and project management tools such as Trello and Slack.  My previous experiences also include working with BPO as business process associate under disbursement team, customer service associate and a data analyst handling customers' data and information. I am very detail oriented and output driven. I'm also passionate with learning and skills enhancement and also providing great results in every job I handle.
