My main tasks were assisting customers with their billing, technical, refund, disputes, and shipping concerns over the phone and through emails. Working with those companies enabled me to effectively multitask. I made sure I am hitting the required KPIs and ensured that each customer I am serving is beyond satisfied.

After working in BPO Industry, I dUpgrade to see actual info to start my freelancing journey and worked with a start-up company that sells digital courses, software, and coaching services. Working for them gave me the chance to learn valuable skills such as social media moderation, funnel creation and editing, cold calling to qualified prospects, email automation, calendar management, and many more.
