SKILL SUMMARY

Most of my professional life has revolved around customer service. Ever since starting out as Ticketing Officer for a travel and tours company, it has been my passion to give about the best experience to clients, providing the best solutions while keeping up with expected standards.

As someone who has worked in the many facets of the industry, I am someone who is conversational to the client, relating seemingly complex solutions that could be easily digested and understood as I believe that excellent products should coincide with an excellent customer service experience.

With that said, I have gained the necessary experience, providing customer support, customer retention, client engagement through different mediums, emphasizing on phone, email, chat and social media. I’ve also gained important know-how on a variety of platforms such as Freshdesk, Amazon Seller Central, Zoho, Olark as it is needed to get the necessary information in determining the best assistance that the client could get. For content creation, I also have the experience working with systems such as Canva, Crello that goes hand-in-hand with marketing tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp and more including proprietary versions. One of my best traits is that I can get familiar with new setups relatively easy and so, past clients didn’t have much trouble when getting me oriented with the tools that they use.

Having the experience of being a freelancer and a regular employee, this enables me to see things in different perspectives that could be of great use to those of whom I’m working with.
