My passion is about all about customer service success and satisfaction. Having to start out as an internet cafe attendant, I've learned and mastered the basics that would allow me to structure myself into interacting with customers and conducting business with them. My main responsibilities included order processing and fulfillment, modifying existing orders, logistics related concerns such as package tracking and handling of missing/damaged items as well as authorizing refunds. Being promoted as a Subject Matter Expert, I've also handled supervisory and managerial calls, determining the root cause of a customer's concern and giving the best possible solution out of it.
