My passion is about all about customer service success and satisfaction. Having to start out as an internet cafe attendant, I've learned and mastered the basics that would allow me to structure myself into interacting with customers and conducting business with them. Getting into the Business Process Outsourcing industry, I have worked under the title of a Technical Support Representative dealing with network connectivity, router management, wireless configurations and product sales. I have learned on how to be more independent and more critical in terms of analysis and troubleshooting, effectively helping out customers let it be through service or recommending the best products that will suit them.
In the online retail industry, I have experienced handling the E-Commerce division of a major chain of department stores located in the United States. My main responsibilities included order processing and fulfillment, modifying existing orders, logistics related concerns such as package tracking and handling of missing/damaged items as well as authorizing refunds. Being promoted as a Subject Matter Expert, I've also handled supervisory and managerial calls, determining the root cause of a customer's concern and giving the best possible solution out of it.
While working as a travel planner, I was tasked with assisting and panning out specific appointments, conducting research as well as coordinating tour packages for suitable tourists that would be availing the specific service.
Working under the BPO industry, it is a staple that one must learn the English language and have a complete command of it. Pairing together with experience, I am able to gain the complete command of the language and engaged in conversations under a neutral accent.
