I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Financial Management. I have worked as a Customer Service Representative (BPO) in one of the biggest wireless providers in the USA for almost two years. My job includes customer service support, billing and payment management, sales, and technical support. I also have worked as an Account Associate in an American company (BPO) in which my job includes processing orders, follow-ups, emailing, scheduling, and setting up an appointment.  
My previous jobs also included social media marketing where we posted pictures in different Facebook groups in the US as a way of getting free advertisements. We replied to their inquiries and provide contact information where they can ask for detailed information about the products we market. This job experience led me to a Marketing Consultant position in one of the in-demand brands on amazon. I've managed beauty products, appliances, blenders, drones and etc. I was the one responsible for posting advertisements, email marketing/copywriting, and creative content in seven Fan pages and groups on Facebook. I managed Facebook followers, posts, and engagement. Our job also includes customer service and Upgrade to see actual info times where inquiries were overwhelming and our customer service couldn’t cater to all, I would fill in as a customer service representative as well. Negotiating and closing deals with Social Media influencers is also another thing I am good at.
I also worked as a Project Manager in my own agency Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with clients, scheduling meetings, managing 10-30 agents, and also scheduling interviews for them. I'm always open as well when you need more people. 
I've been an Operational Manager in one of the Real Estate company, making, planning and monitoring business operations making sure that process for the operation run smooth. Making effective operational structures for marketing, acquisition, texting, and disposition dept. I also make monitoring scripts and checking the quality of the leads from Upgrade to see actual infoanizing, making reports, and Planning is one of my tasks as well.

I have been an Operational Manager in a real estate company managing 10 agents for cold calling, 5 for the acquisition, and the texting team. I'm responsible for making sure agents are working in the right places such as states, city and zip codes to target and generate sales prices for the property. Doing on-boarding orientation, interviews, and training.
I have also gained some experience in the real estate industry as a Virtual Assistant (VA) where we called prospects and offered them our products and services. We set up an appointment for them and also post advertisements in different classified ads. We also generate leads using classified ads, IFTTT, and Gmail.
I have been a chat support agent for 6 months in one of the in-demand products in amazon as a customer service representative. I also have some experience in order fulfillment.
I previously worked as well as a 3rd party for an e-currency. They will send me money to convert the money into their preferred e-currency.
I have worked on a debt collection campaign. We call customers and have them qualified in the program by asking them qualifying questions. Once they are qualified we send them over to the right dept.
I also have real estate cold calling experience. We call leads through MOJO and we deliver calling script and once they are interested we get the property information and get back to them with an offer for their property.
Also have dispatch manager experience where we take calls to do roadside assistance, get some drivers that can help and assist them, and take payments. 
I have worked in an eCommerce company, they sell their product online using their own website. I'm the one responsible for answering, chats, and emails from the customer to process an order, tracking the order and order fulfillment, and charge their card. I also do some minor website editing such as changing the product description and price.
I also have worked as a Virtual Assistant in one of the advertising company is based in Australia, I manage emails sent from the clients and make sure to filter those emails that need urgent attention and respond to email when a document is sent through email. I'm also their receptionist when someone called, I screen the calls if it needs to be transferred to my boss or not.
I also have worked as a cold caller for a truck insurance firm based in the USA. We call prospects to ask if they wish to renew or to change their truck insurance. We ask qualifying questions and vehicle information and provide them an estimate after.
I was then hired as a freelancer part-time for a fitness gym as an outreach marketing specialist, our job is to add more people to our Facebook group and official Facebook page, I also message prospects by adding and chatting with them to schedule an appointment.
