Profile Description

I've worked in an Admin Support role for four years and had worked as an Email Support Representative for over a year and a half. I am easy to get along with and I can easily adapt things. I am eager to learn if there are things that I am not familiar with. I am customer service oriented and I am willing to address people's concern as long as I could. I am comfortable using MS Office (bit of Excel), Google Docs and a bit of Google Sheets.

I've worked with different types of people from rank and file up to the highest management and with different companies, so I know how to deal with people in a professional manner.
