Hello! Welcome to my profile. I have been working as virtual assistant since 2016, right before I graduated in college. I have worked to an amazon store for two and a half years (2.5 years). My tasks were to search and list products that are profitable, upload the products to the store, process orders and customer services (emails and calls). I also worked on my sister's account, I work as her part-time VA, I only help her with her tasks so that it will be finished on time and do data entry. And my recent job was an ESL Teacher, I worked as an English teacher for three (3) years, I am so happy to have met different kind of people, dealt with different personalities and at the same time learning from my students as well. I am working as a receptionist, as an admin assistant and as back office support to an Australian company for about 2 years now, my main tasks are to manage the admin inbox/email, answer calls from clients, lenders and valuers, call leads to book their appointments, input client's details into our database such as CRM, ClickUp, Active Campaign & SalesTrekker. I do most of back office support tasks where I work directly with my brokers, tasks are renaming documents, ordering valuations to lenders, do rate review.
