I currently serve as a Mortgage Broker Administrative Assistant, actively supporting our Mortgage Broker throughout the entire home loan application process. With six years of experience in the Australian Mortgage industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the role.
My professional background includes diverse customer service roles in Australian Insurance and Telco companies. Through these experiences, I've honed strong multitasking abilities, effective time management skills, and the capacity to prioritize tasks. I am proficient at working with minimal supervision, thrive under pressure, and exhibit keen attention to detail.
I have always aspired to work in Australia due to my professional connections with Australian companies. Currently, I am actively pursuing a diploma in mortgage broking to advance my skills and expertise in the field.
 Knowledgeable in using different mortgage CRMs like Mercury (NEXUS), FLEX, PODIUM, and Australian Lenders system Apply Online (NextGEN).
