Profile Description

I am a graduate of Information Technology, and as a graduate of IT, I have experience of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

I have a great experience in terms of customer service. Had worked in the BPO industry for almost 5 years- which half of my total experience was being a supervisor or as a Team Leader. The accounts that I worked with are T-mobile and Sprint- both are telecommunication companies. We cater account, technical, and sales issues.                                                                                                                                                                                 
I also worked as a Company Information Management representative for a company based in Moldova, where we gather information (data mining/scraping) necessary and forward it to Lead generation team.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           I also have an experience as a Cold calling representative/Appointment Setter
