Profile Description

I am Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info from the Philippines. I've been working as a customer/technical support representative for more than 4 years now. The very recent job I had was email/chat support wherein we communicate with customers all over the world through email and live chat. Helped customers deal with daily internet issues, updating their accounts online, and settle their bills.

I've also worked as a data encoder/researcher for more than 5 years. They were part-time jobs from 8 small private Upgrade to see actual info was for gathering leads and compiling them in a database, making sure to update any incorrect contact/information.

With all of these, I've mastered the ability to do multitask and produce quality results at the same time. I am flexible and can adjust working hours as needed. Let's both improve and grow together as a team!
