Profile Description

I have 14 years of experience in Customer Service assisting U.S. customers. More than half of it was spent providing answers and solutions to customer's technical queries and problems. I have been part of two of the most respected and largest BPOs in the Philippines where I've both undergone extensive training regarding products and services offered and championing customer service. The remaining half was spent mentoring and honing other people's skills.
I can provide support through email, ticket, and phone. I have been a consistent leader when it comes to customer satisfaction for I know the happier the customers are, the better impact it'll bring the company. Throughout my years of experience in the BPO industry, I have managed to develop and improve these key attributes which, for me, are the main ingredients of best customer service
experience: understanding, patience, positivity, empathy, multi-tasking, resourcefulness, fluency, confidence and clarity. I am very willing to learn and be trained. I also respect and take feedback positively, for I know feedback is used to improve one's capability.
I am a full-time freelancer and would like to be part of a long-term, stable job.
